n the style of the warp printed silk taffetas of the 18th century woven for Marie-Antoinette at Compiegne and Fontainebleau.This design was woven in 1812 in Lyon for 10 rooms at the Palace of Versailles but it was not used until 1835 in th Grand Trianon in the billiards room of the large appartments, now the Garden Room.
