Designed specifically to absorb sound, the weave of this wide width plain fabric has a pearlised structure which captures light for contemporary curtains and drapes. The acoustic properties are most efficient when the fabric is hung in large folds approximately 15cm from the support. Strong resistance to abrasion and pilling permits the fabric to be used on the wall, as cladding or for the production of acoustic panels.
