After collections inspired by couture fashion shows, then the melting pot culture of cities,
Jean Paul GAULTIER now lets us discover his visions of nature - alternative, inverted, oxidised
but extremely pure.
In this collection we discover patterns of metallic oxidation which become soft on suedine; vivid
mosaics are transplanted onto jacquards and velvet; and designs of turbulent waves blend with
those of marbled paper bindings. The Basque Country landscape and colors inspire new tartans
and checkerboard motifs and if you wish for a romantic rococo touch there are delicate exuberant
flowers.
BOTANIQUE
A beautiful printed satin cotton refines these exuberant flowers and allows us to share their Rococo romanticism for upholstery or curtains.
