These are the angles taken by the Lelièvre Paris’ design studio to imagine the Résonance collection. Unroll the thread of the story. Daring ikat, stripes and animal skin, a trio of iconic textile patterns to flirt and blend with art. Sculpture, Ikati, Fauve, Galerie, Abstract, Palettes and Nuances : the names of the jacquards, linens, velvets and cotton satins, specific to Résonance, evoke art, its universe and its colors. Its attention to details too. With the precision of a gesture, the nobility of a material, the transmission of knowledge, the mastery of know-how. Each fabric echoes these notions and traditions. Large areas for some designs, brushstroke effects for others, geometry of organic shapes and curves for an added touch of daring design. A modernity declined with a subtle palette of tones: natural, dove, camel or even celadon are mixing, in harmony. The soft lines are combined with the delicacy of the weaves of a jacquard. Pastel tones softens ikat motifs or the depth of a texture : the contrasts attract and stretch according to a curtain or a seat. The creation is graphic, poetic, artistic. It gives spirit and rhythm to interior fabrics intended to coexist, to approach, to resonate, in harmony.
SCULPTURE
Sculpture is a key design of the collection. A jacquard, woven in France at Lelièvre's mill near Lyon, featuring a graphic and vibrant ikat design, with a modern touch. Its polyamide and cotton warp with a linen weft offers a texture enhanced by its interplay of weaves, for a magnificent, heavy and supple drape. Its soft colouring is different to the iconic traditional ikat, adding a new and contemporary twist.

PALETTES is a very beautiful digitally printed cotton satin. A perfect extraction from an abstract painting, in duet with NUANCES motif, it is a three coloured all over design, with a brushstroke effect, echoing contemporary art.

IKATI is a 100% linen digital print, with a redesigned and refined ikat design. Its trompe l'oeil ottoman design brings vibrancy and its contrasting colors add depth. A medium scale design which complements the key design, SCULPTURE.

GALERIE
GALERIE is a very contemporary mat cotton epingle velvet, punctuated by large flat areas of colour embellished with a more contrasting graphic stripe. It offers a nice play of texture and harmoniously mixes with the patterns from the collection.

FAUVE
FAUVE is an animal skin design, a jacquard woven in the Lelièvre mill near Lyon. It features a beautiful play on texture: a smooth and vibrant effect created by the strie wrap, and a textured effect from the viscose linen yarm. FAUVE blends perfectly with the other patterns of the collection bringing a very modern look.
