Louis XVI Chair Panel. Reproduction of a design used in Marie-Antoinette's Private Chambers at Choisy chateau. Two magnificent multicoloured bouquets of roses, lilies and foliage framed by garlands, ropes and pompoms on a plain background. One voluptuous design for a chair seat composed of carnations, lilacs and little roses; the other more romantic for the chair back with charming old-fashioned roses in a wicker basket.
